For most requests you do not need to contact the hotel yourself, because your booking already carries the key details the hotel needs. If you have a specific need, such as an early arrival, a late departure or a room preference, the best first step is to let us know so it can be passed on properly.
Some requests, like a special occasion note or a particular room type, are better flagged in advance than sprung on arrival, since the hotel can then try to prepare. We cannot promise an outcome, because the final decision rests with the property, but early notice gives the best chance.
If you do want to reach the hotel directly, your confirmation and the hotel's own public contact details are the place to start. Keep your booking reference handy for any conversation, as it is what ties your request to the right reservation.
