Yes. As soon as your payment is accepted, your booking is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent to the address you entered during checkout. That email is your proof of booking and it holds the reference number you will use whenever you contact us about the trip.
The confirmation also carries a secure link to manage the booking, so you can open it later without signing in. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, please check the spam or promotions folder first, since automated mail is sometimes filed there.
If you still cannot find it, use the manage booking option on the site with your reference and the lead traveller name, or reach our team through the contact page. We can resend the confirmation to the same address once we have checked the booking is yours.
